Duke Nukem

Duke Nukem is a character that changed the way we look at video-game characters. He wasn’t innocent like Mario, and he wasn’t super-serious like Doomguy. Instead, he was smart-talking and wise-cracking, and not shy of saying what he thought about the alien menace. This is the Game Boy Color adaptation of Duke Nukem II, called simply ‘Duke Nukem’. In this version, the Rigelatins have been replaced by the Zorgonites, and much of the gameplay has been tweaked to suit the platform better. It’s a fantastic shoot-em-up that’s different from many of its rivals, and it’s well worth a go!
